Customer Success Manager, Entry Level Package:
* A competitive basic salary of £26k
* OTE/Commission taking your total package higher, to an initial £34k

Customer Success Manager, Entry Level Role:
* Deliver on your assigned revenue and profit margin targets
* Devise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
* Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
* Manage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine just how the company can help them and cross sell their services
* Develop and nurture a high level of solution knowledge, and obtain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, the company's competitors and your customers
Customer Success Manager, Entry Level Requirements:
* Ideally, educated to degree level - but this is not essential
* Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
