What You’ll Be Doing: Reporting in to the HR Director, you’ll be at the heart of the recruitment and retention strategy, working closely with the rest of the HR team (who are a very fun, hard working and zealous bunch), hiring managers, and leadership to ensure they are attracting the best talent and creating an environment where they want to stay. This isn’t just about filling vacancies—it’s about building employer brand and making sure people feel supported and empowered to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include: Attracting Talent: Finding, sourcing, and engaging the very best candidates for all roles at various levels – roles will include business support, financial services individuals and contact centre staff. You’ll work on innovative solutions to tough-to-fill vacancies and boost presence on platforms like LinkedIn and our careers page. Recruitment Strategy: Partnering with the HR Director to create and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies that align with business goals. Employer Branding: Leading efforts to make them an employer of choice. This includes revamping the careers page, working with marketing on organic content, and creating engaging department videos. Supporting Hiring Managers: Building strong relationships with line managers to understand their needs and guiding them through the recruitment process. Improving Candidate Experience: Ensuring an exceptional journey for all applicants—whether they join the business or not. Retention and Engagement: Supporting retention efforts through staff surveys, presenting data-driven insights, and helping line managers provide the tools and training their teams need to thrive. What We’re Looking For: We need someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You’ll have: A strong recruitment background in a commercial setting (contact centre hiring is a bonus). A knack for problem-solving and creating innovative solutions for recruitment challenges. Confidence in using data to drive decisions and shape strategies. A commercial mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. A passion for people and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
