1. Manage invoicing, aged debtor follow-ups and financial administration with accuracy and timeliness.
2. Analyse financial data to identify trends (e.g., client payment behaviours, delinquency risks) and present actionable insights.
3. Quickly adapt to accounting tools and software, learning new systems independently and applying them effectively.
Administrative Assistance (50%)
1. Lead digital transformation by automating processes, optimising workflows and ensuring efficiency.
2. Ensure data integrity in CRM systems, maintaining accuracy and consistency across records.
3. Identify potential operational inefficiencies and proactively recommend process improvements.
4. Regularly monitor email inboxes and tender platforms for public sector therapy opportunities, ensuring expressions of interest or applications are submitted accurately and within stated deadlines.
5. Apply contextual reasoning—ensuring tasks are completed with an understanding of their broader impact, rather than just checking boxes.
