Labour Hire are seeking a compassionate and dedicated REGISTERED CARE MANAGER to join our team.
Role Overview
The Registered Manager will lead a team of 50 carers, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for elderly and vulnerable clients. This includes overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance with Care Inspectorate standards, and fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
* Service Management: Oversee daily operations and uphold high standards of care.
* Team Leadership: Support and mentor carers, ensuring strong team morale and ongoing professional development.
* Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding protocols are met; prepare for regulatory inspections.
* Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as main contact for clients, families, and health professionals, addressing feedback and concerns.
* Strategic Development: Support senior management in initiatives for service improvement and growth.
About you:
* Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Registered Manager or similar role.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Other: Enhanced DBS check, valid UK driver’s license, and flexibility with hours.
