This role will involve weekly travel to Coventry, so own transport is essential. What's on Offer: Permanent, full-time position Hybrid working - 3 days in the office (Syston), 2 days from home Weekly travel to Coventry required - own transport is essential Supportive, structured training and opportunity for study support A varied role with broad exposure across finance and administration Key Responsibilities: Supporting both the sales and purchase sides of the finance team - working with invoices, customer accounts, payments and reconciliations Helping to set up new customer and supplier accounts accurately and in line with company process Making sure payments from customers are processed correctly and matched to the right records Handling a variety of payment methods - such as card payments, Direct Debits and online bank transfers Helping to process refunds and answer any questions customers or suppliers have, by phone or email Ensuring supplier invoices are processed on time and payments are made according to schedule Supporting with internal reports and finance checks, especially at busy month-end periods Working closely with the wider finance and admin teams to spot areas where things could run more smoothly Who We're Looking For: Someone with excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail Good communication skills - confident with both written and spoken contact Experience in an admin or finance-related role is ideal, but attitude is everything Strong IT skills - especially Microsoft Excel and Word A positive and flexible approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Comfortable working to deadlines and keeping accurate records A strong team player who's also confident working independently Someone looking to develop and learn - study support available Own transport required for weekly travel to Coventry This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive finance team within a growing organisation.
