We supply well-designed, high-quality furniture, design and project management to leading hospitality venues in the UK and overseas, including restaurants, hotels, and other commercial environments. Role Overview This newly created role offers the right candidate an opportunity to make it their own and forge a successful team, processes, and career within a dynamic and creative industry. The role involves supervising the Data Mining, Outreach, and Business Development teams, engaging with potential clients, and enhancing lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Supervise the Data Mining, Outreach, and Business Development teams, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively to maximise productivity. Customer Engagement: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients, ensuring a seamless handover to Sales Managers. Sales Strategy: Lead customer meetings, showcase our website and services, and ensure new clients begin utilising our offerings. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance lead generation strategies and work with internal teams to develop a comprehensive reporting system. Relationship Building: Evaluate inbound contacts, identify high-value prospects, and nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term business. Team Development: Assist in building and expanding the business development function, including designing processes and potentially growing the team. Researching Agencies: Reach out to the right opportunities through blended lead generation (email, call, LinkedIn). Requirements Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and influence potential clients. Analytical Skills: Understanding of data-driven reporting and willingness to collaborate with technical teams. Preferred Experience: Selling into interior designers, luxury goods, retail, hospitality, hotel groups, or large-scale businesses. Performance Expectations Generate New Enquiries: Convert them into profitable, long-term business relationships. Develop and Implement Solutions: Best-in-class solutions for lead management and sales processes.
