About the Role
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of residential properties
The Responsibilities include:
* Arranging property maintenance activities and liaising with contractors
* Maintaining accurate records of property-related documentation
* Arranging property inspections and addressing any actions
* Arranging tenancy renewals and rent reviews
* Dealing with any tenant/landlord related issues
* Ensuring legal requirements are adhered to
About You
Are you a organised and logical Administrator with experience of working in a estate agency setting.
If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:
* 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent IT skills
* Clean UK Driving licence
* Right to work in the UK.
