Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 (dependant on Grade achieved and relevant industry experience)

Your new role
About the role:
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing.
* Preparing and sending out of Sub-contract enquires.
* Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
* Attending, contributing to, and taking minutes of meetings as required.
* Preparing Valuations with Client’s, agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued.
* Re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings.
* Re-measurement of subcontract applications and processing subcontract payments.
* Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations.
What we need from you:
You'll be degree educated or due to graduate in the summer of 2025 (2:1 desirable) in a relevant subject. You should be focused and highly motivated, with excellent planning/prioritising and time-management skills. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, as well as the ability to cope under pressure.
