THE COMPANY
This company has a wide range of Ventilation products, with access to other commercial HVAC and renewables products. It is also well backed up with a good service and support team. They make their own products and have a say in their R&D process to make sure products are in line with market demands. Furthermore, they're not reliant on others for their own parts. The breadth of their range is phenomenal with sizes going from 3KW to 700KW on the heat pump side and on the Ventilation side up to 200 m3 per second.
THE ROLE
To sell a fantastic range of commercial Ventilation products and other HVAC and renewables products to M&E Consultants and Contractors focused on the London, Chelmsford, and Maidstone area. The role would involve CPDs and helping consultants with designs and then following the order through with the M&E Contractor to the order stage.
THE PERSON
Essential criteria:
Experience of selling commercial air handling units into Consultants and/or Contractors. People with good commercial hydraulic knowledge would also be considered.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Desired criteria:
Good sales track record.
THE PACKAGE
Basic to £70K depending on experience.
Bonus to £35K depending on individual performance.
Company car (Long range Tesla level) or excellent opt-out +£800 p.m.
Private Medical.
8% pension.

THE LOCATION
Based with good access to London in around 1 hour. Most of the work will be in London, Chelmsford, Maidstone, Romford, Stevenage, Chelmsford, St. Albans.
