Role overview As one of our Transformation Managers in Claims, you will lead the delivery of specific strategic and high impact projects or programmes of work for Hastings, supporting operations and commercial teams to deliver significant indemnity and operational savings and provide a market leading customer experience. By partnering closely with the relevant business leaders, you will be accountable for the design, development and deployment of one or more projects and programmes. You will be empowered to prioritise change to best meet the business need and to that end, you will lead a project team including process design resources, digital resources, operational delivery managers, data, CX and other resources as required to meet their goals. Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in: Leading and managing end to end transformation projects and programmes, partnering with both Commercial and Operational leads to define delivery requirements and success criteria Conducting detailed analysis of business operations, identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions Bringing together, mobilising and managing a delivery team bringing together expertise from various functions and working as a single delivery unit Creating, communicating and aligning across functional delivery plans between teams - bringing together all technical and process/other operational changes Seeking opportunities for intelligent design, including automation and decisioning via straight through processing Once core functionality is delivered on a project, transitioning into a continuous test and learn state to optimise the commercial and customer outcomes over the long term Essential skills we would love you to have: Substantial experience in a transformational leadership role with a background in Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Change Management being essential Proven background and experience in identifying transformation opportunities and delivering through to implementation Exceptional stakeholder management capability, and an ability to communicate concepts effectively at all levels of an organisation The interview process: Our interview process involves the below: Recruiter screening call 1st stage interview with hiring leader (involving a case study to prepare for in advance) via Microsoft Teams 2nd interview with Transformation Director (via Microsoft Teams) As a Disability Confident employer, we're committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are fully inclusive - what this means to you is if you're applying for a job with us, you'll have fair access to support and adjustments throughout your recruitment journey.
