As a Talent Development Manager within the Centre of Excellence (COE), you will be a key player in shaping and executing the company's talent agenda.
Job Description
Collaborating closely with the Talent Development Business Partner, you will actively support the identification, design, and delivery of development programs that address the needs of the business.
Your role will involve devising strategic interventions to drive talent development across the organisation.
Based in either SQB or Weybridge, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s talent strategy aligns with overall business goals, making a real impact on individual growth and organsational success.

Key Responsibilities
* Play an active role in the development of the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Talent. Ensure solid processes and practices are in place and identify areas for improvement
* Design and development of talent campaigns
* Partner with the People & Culture business partnering team to deploy and embed talent solutions
* Plan and ownership of the annual and mid-term appraisal process
* Conduct one to one career & development conversations and delivery of Korn Ferry assessment feedback
* Track progress and impact of internal talent programmes
* Design and deliver talent campaigns
* Actively make recommendations for impactful talent interventions
* Establish effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders and the global talent community
* Deliver and facilitate talent upskilling and best practice workshops
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in the Talent lifecycle (Performance, Development)
* An excellent communicator who can demonstrate a high level of Influencing and negotiation skills
* Creative, innovative and curious approach to work
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and management to build meaningful relationships
* Commercially astute with a proactive and can-do attitude
* Adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
* Analytical skills to analyse data
* Continuous Improvement skills to identify better ways of working
* Ability to work at pace in a structured and methodical way
* Able to prioritise workload and work autonomously
* Confidence and ability to interact collaboratively at all levels within the business
* Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and a positive attitude to innovation and change
* Fully proficient in the use of all MS Office products
* Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or CIPD qualified
