The EMEA People Services Specialist will support the EMEA People team with providing a professional, accurate, confidential and efficient administrative service that enables the smooth delivery of HR processes to all functions within AVEVA. The EMEA People Services Specialist is known as an "expert" on the HRIS and is the key point of contact for all administration activities and queries on behalf of the People team. Responsibilities
* The first point of contact for HR issues, policy queries and advice and responsible for identifying the next point of escalation where required
* Work with HRBP on advisory matters and key processes
* Assist HRBP with disciplinary matters including termination agreements
* Responsible for completion of data entries into the HRIS as well as advising our employees on how to use employee self service
* Process all employee lifecycle documents.
* Advise on compensation framework of job families, job levels and expectations, salary ranges/pay grades
* Liaise with the People Services Payroll team to ensure accurate administration of payroll details as required.
* Ensure all HR documentation and HRIS records comply with company policy and GDPR regulations, are correctly stored/filed and maintained, and are regularly reviewed and updated.
* Follow, maintain and improve People Services administration processes and workflows where necessary and is proactive in finding ways to improve
* Participate in ad hoc projects or administration activities
* Act as Data Coordinator for the Global HR Teams to ensure that all data and other information provided is collated accurately and within given timescales

Essential Experience
* Experience of working within a HR Administration role
* Highly customer focused and customer service driven
* Experience of working with an HRIS, producing reports, managing data and document auditing.
* Experience of working with and reporting on complex HR data
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Proficient in stakeholder management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task, working with minimal supervision and a degree of autonomy to produce deliverables in a timely fashion
* Experience of working with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe
Desirable Experience
* Knowledge of HRIS Technology (Workday/ServiceNow)
* CIPD qualification
* EMEA language skills
