About the Role
Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. What will you be doing?
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales objectives. Your responsibilities include:
* Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets
* Identifying parts to meet customer requirements
* Utilising product promotions effectively
* Leverage sales opportunities within the customer base
* Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of competitors
* Building relationships with customers via phone and face-to-face visits
* Providing excellent customer service and expert advice
* Communicating credit status updates to customers
* Supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent service
* Collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets
* Handling calls and inquiries efficiently
* Using systems accurately to search and order parts
* Completing documentation promptly
* Processing transactions in line with TPS guidelines
What are we looking for?
* A self-starter with experience in building relationships and achieving sales in a B2B environment
* Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Team player with drive to meet individual and team targets
* Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
* IT literacy, preferably with MS Excel skills
