Job title: Advanced Learning Support Assistant
Location: Chantry Academy
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time, 21 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 08:15am-4:15pm, 39 weeks per year
Salary: ALT Grade D points 8-11 - £11,955.04 - £12,239.36 - Annually Actual

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Support the classroom teacher to facilitate the active participation of students
* Assist with planning and delivering learning activities under teacher guidance
* Provide feedback to students regarding their progress and attainment
* Help create and maintain a stimulating learning environment
* Assist with exam invigilation, educational visits, and break-time supervision
* Contribute to record-keeping and progress monitoring of students
What We Are Looking For:
* NVQ Level 2 in a related area or equivalent experience
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and raising attainment for all students
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A positive and caring attitude, with a commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
