About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll & Reward Administrator to join our People Services team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our payroll and reward functions, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while assisting with the administration of employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for employees in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, leave, and overtime.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including tax and national insurance regulations.
* Assist with the administration of employee reward programs, such as pensions, bonuses, and benefits.
* Respond to employee payroll-related queries and provide support on payroll issues.
* Support with year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds.
* Work closely with the HR team to provide reports and data as required.

About you:
This will require you to have a minimum of 2-3 years payroll experience with knowledge of statutory deadlines and relevant legislation. You’ll also have GCSE Maths & English grade A-C or equivalent, experience of MS office & using a database with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information
