Description
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our small but high-impact recruitment team. Based in London (at least three days a week), you’ll take the lead on front-office hiring for our Central Investment Teams, while also supporting recruitment across Arrow’s UK platforms. You’ll be working closely with a Manchester-based Talent Acquisition Partner (focused on central and functional hiring & project) and a TA Coordinator.

This is a hands-on, full-spectrum role, everything from managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews to partnering with senior stakeholders on sourcing strategies for specialist investment roles, new asset strategies, or expansion into new markets.
We’re looking for someone who has a solid background in in-house recruitment, ideally in investment, asset management, or private capital with a solution-oriented mindset, able to operate within a complex, international, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand what they need and deliver tailored recruitment support across permanent, contract, and FTC roles.
2. Own end-to-end recruitment for Investment and Platform roles, partnering with hiring managers across Credit, Lending, Real Estate, and supporting teams.
3. Use a blend of sourcing channels, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and events, to find and engage great candidates.
4. Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, making sure things run smoothly for both candidates and hiring teams.
5. Team up with the TA Coordinator to handle interview scheduling and logistics, keeping communication clear and on time.
6. Build strong pipelines for current and future roles, supporting workforce planning and growth.
7. Share market insights and hiring trends to help shape recruitment strategy.
8. Work closely with the Manchester-based recruiter to stay aligned and share best practices.
9. When needed, manage relationships with external recruiters and search partners.
10. Get involved in wider talent projects, like improving processes, driving diversity, and boosting employer brand, career frameworks.
11. Help improve how we work by streamlining recruitment processes, making better use of our ATS, and using data to inform decisions.
12. Keep stakeholders in the loop with regular updates and clear reporting.
Required Skills and Experience
1. 7 - 10 years of in-house recruitment experience, focused on buy-side financial services (private equity, asset management, credit, or real estate).
2. Proven track record hiring front-office roles (Analyst to Director level) and working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
3. Aligns recruitment with HR priorities like onboarding, engagement, headcount planning, and career frameworks.
4. Strong direct sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals) and good judgment on when to involve external partners.
5. Confident using ATS platforms (e.g. Pinpoint, Workday, Greenhouse) and recruitment data to inform decisions.
6. Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to spot inconsistencies, even in fast-moving or complex hiring processes.
7. Practical, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple roles while maintaining quality and pace.
8. Strong industry knowledge, including market trends, talent pools, and regulatory context.
9. Great communicator, approachable, professional, and trusted by both candidates and stakeholders.
10. Committed to fairness, candidate experience, and high standards throughout the process.
11. Comfortable with recruitment tools and open to using data to continuously improve.
