What You’ll Do
As a Visa Documentation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visa applicants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional client service, guiding applicants through visa requirements.
* Managing visa applications in accordance with established procedures.
* Handling customer complaints assertively and efficiently, and dealing with difficult customers with diplomacy.
* Welcoming applicants, assisting with application completion, biometric data collection, and documentation.
* Engaging with applicants to deliver outstanding service and support.
* Maintaining accurate records and following administrative processes diligently.
* Ensuring professionalism and a friendly demeanour at all times.
Required Skills And Experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Administrative proficiency with computer systems.
* Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in any other language is an advantage.
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
* Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
* Self-motivation and reliability, with excellent time management skills.
* Experience working face-to-face in a customer service role or retail environment.
* Experience in a fast-paced multi-cultural collaborative team environment, and at times in a high-pressure environment during peak seasons.
* Experience in a Public Sector / Government client working environment is a plus.
