This post is based within Customer Services, providing administrative support, including managing emails, filing, answering queries and data entry. Using software packages such as Microsoft 365. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification. Customer service skills, problem solving skills, time management, organisational skills amongst others. Three National 4 qualifications, or equivalent, one must be in English. Relevant knowledge and/or experience gained through education, voluntary or part time work. Written and verbal communication skills required, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, take and follow instructions and be motivated and enthusiastic.
