HR Officer Opportunity - Temporary to Permanent We are delighted to support a valued client in their search for an HR Officer to join their dynamic team in Coventry on a 3-6 month temporary assignment, with the potential for a permanent position About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established company in a busy yet friendly environment, reporting directly to the HR Manager. You'll play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of day-to-day duties within the HR Department, contributing to the success of a company with circa 150 employees. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. ✅ Conduct new starter inductions and facilitate recruitment activities. ✅ Assist with absence management, meetings, and return-to-work interviews. ✅ Prepare contracts and offer letters for new employees. ✅ Maintain the Clocking Machine System and support payroll processes. ✅ Ensure HR paperwork is accurately filed and organized. ✅ Support HR-related projects as needed. Ideal Candidate: CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualified or possess relevant HR experience. Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred. Strong Excel skills for maintaining accurate records. Working Hours: (Choose from two options) Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00 Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30 & Friday, 07:30 - 12:30 Interested?
