What You'll Be Doing
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the educational journey of children who need extra support. Every day brings something new! You will:
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver individualised learning plans that help students thrive.
- Lead focused interventions designed to boost confidence, communication, and academic success.
- Track and celebrate student progress, sharing insights with teachers and families.
- Create positive, nurturing relationships that inspire trust and a love of learning.
- Adapt to new environments and bring energy, creativity, and compassion to every school setting.
- Uphold the highest safeguarding standards, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable, and caring individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
- Experience in an educational or SEN setting is highly desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are advantageous but not essential - we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
