One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms is looking for a newly-qualified or Junior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. This role will include advising national and regional businesses, banks, developers, and landowner clients on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases, and leases.
The firm is keen to find someone with circa 0-2 PQE level (with flexibility), who can bring a positive and effective persona to the team. Ideally, we're looking for someone with some experience of working within a related field, specifically in commercial property or real estate.
This firm has continued to grow, both in size and reputation, over the past few years, to a point now where they have over 200 employees, with a fantastic head office. The offices are open plan, and the firm enjoys an inclusive and diverse culture. Experience and skills sought:
* Commercial property experience with circa 0-2 PQE
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to lead some of the more junior staff
* An enthusiastic approach to client care
Hours and Benefits:
* Monday to Friday = 08:45 - 17:00
