Our client is looking for a proactive Transport Admin/De-Brief Clerk to join their team based in Burton on Trent.
You will be working Monday to Friday - 14:00 - 22:00.
What you'll do on a typical day as a Transport Admin/De-Brief Clerk:
1. Coordinating and prioritising activity across the shifts and business streams to ensure customer service requirements are met.
2. Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through effective use of resources.
3. Maintaining accurate records and planning.
4. Promoting a flexible approach to delivering business requirements.
5. De-Briefing drivers.
What you'll need to succeed as a Transport Admin/De-Brief Clerk:
1. Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills with effective writing and oral communication.
2. Sound operational knowledge and experience whilst customer focus is a priority.
3. Excellent communication.
4. PC Skills: EXCEL, Word.
5. Experience within a Transport Operation or some form of De-Briefing knowledge.
