Position Summary:
Since opening FRAMELESS London, this role has been fulfilled by FRAMELESS Creative’s Chief Technology Officer, who now needs to step away and focus on the company’s wider business growth.
The Events Content Account Manager will be expected to take ownership of corporate events clients, working with Events Sales team to advise the clients on how to create bespoke content for the five FRAMELESS galleries. They will need to be able to put together commercial proposals for clients who want to change the content in the galleries working very closely with the Content Manager to price bespoke content. The focus of the role will be to be the main point of contact for event clients requiring bespoke content. Technical understanding and creativity will be an advantage, however, this is primarily a sales support and account management role.
Whilst the Content Manager is responsible for the production and creation of bespoke event content (supported by members of the wider AV Tech. team, and third-party providers) the Events Content Account Manager will lead on client relationships and work with the Head of Events to ensure that customers’ needs are being met. They will also need to work closely with the Chief Technology Officer, AV & Technology Manager and AV Project Manager to ensure that the right commercials and technical support are in place and the client needs are accommodated.
The successful candidate will be commercially driven with client account management and sales experience, preferably in a creative events environment. AV and content projection/creation knowledge will be an advantage. They will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, aligned with financial literacy and budget management. Whilst predominately office based during working hours, the Events Content Account Manager may occasionally be required to attend events, after-hours. They will need to balance the needs of a ticketed visitor experience, alongside a successful private and corporate events venue.
Responsible for:
* Acting as the main point of contact for event clients requiring bespoke immersive content; from venue show-round and showreel demonstrations and assessing client needs, to costing and reviewing the testing of client content, and ensuring that the content is professionally delivered during the event (supported as required by the Content Manager and wider AV Tech. team).
* Supporting the event sales team during client show rounds, and triggering and discussing bespoke content showreels of previous events
* Advising event clients on the types of content that can be created for them, and what might work best for them.
* Pricing and contracting orders for bespoke event content with clients.
* Working with the Head of Events, Chief Technology Officer, General Manager, and the wider team as appropriate, to ensure that the production and delivery of bespoke content is competitively priced and presented to clients in a clear and transparent manner.
* Liaising with the Chief Technology Officer, AV Project Manager, Content Manager and AV & Technology Manager to ensure that production timelines are being met and resources scheduled accordingly (including the review of content, which takes place outside of public opening hours).
* Reporting to the General Manger and Chief Operating Officer on business performance, in relation to the production and sales of bespoke event content.
* Working with the Head of Marketing to ensure that bespoke content for marketing activations is being created and reviewed to agreed timelines
* Ensuring that relevant SOP’s and Health & Safety Policies are being adhered to and are fit for purpose.
Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an Account Management or senior sales role, in an entertainment, events, hotel or hospitality business.
* Previous responsibility for pricing and negotiating with clients and third-party suppliers.
* A technical understanding of the hardware and software being used to create and deliver the immersive content would be an advantage.
Qualifications:
* An appropriate degree or equivalent experience.

* Competent in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
