Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking a motivated and professional Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Key Responsibilities of this Customer Service Advisor role:
1. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services via phone, email, or online chat.
2. Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
3. Assist with the processing of orders and provide updates on delivery or service status.
4. Accurately input customer details and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
6. Maintain and report on customer feedback, trends, and service performance as needed.
Skills required for this Customer Service Advisor role:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
3. Able to handle challenging customer situations and find appropriate solutions quickly.
4. Accurate and thorough in documenting customer interactions and transactions.
5. Able to work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues when needed.
6. Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software; familiarity with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
7. Must be able to work rotational shifts (06:00-14:00 & 10:00-18:00, Monday to Friday).
Details of this Customer Service Advisor role:
1. Salary: £25,000 per annum.
2. Temporary ongoing position
3. Free onsite parking
4. Hours of work: Rotational 6am-2pm & 10am-6pm Monday to Friday
5. Location: Stoke-on-Trent
