Key Duties
Collaborate with regional trauma reps to develop a long-term vision and strategy for ring fixation which differentiates from competitors and shows how products will achieve maximum potential, while supporting sustainable growth of core trauma & deliver against the quarterly and yearly sales targets whilst managing instrument utilization and consignment investmentEnsure outstanding service delivery to protect and renew existing commitments and evaluate market opportunities to develop new business pipelinePartner with sales management team to identify KOLs, potential reference centres and targets for conversion, assisting with execution of plansEnable, educate, influence, and align 'Super User' group to local marketing strategy, driving forward both current and future business opportunities and communicate updates on key performance indicatorsMotivate the wider salesforce, supporting and driving them strategically and tactically to accelerate growth and market share gainsAssist with must-win product evaluations, tenders, or customer presentationsBecome a product advocate and build a strong partnership with sales force, providing in theatre support when required.Identify marketing events and medical education activities which align with strategy and assist marketing team in planning and executionGather market intelligence through field visits with salesforce, identifying key trends and providing feedback to UK and European marketing and leadership teamsConnect key customers with internal stakeholders to amplify the voice of our customers and ensure their needs are taken into consideration through R&D activityRegular and accurate forecasting vs budget
Package and Benefits

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client requirements
The successful candidate will have 3 years + orthopaedic sales experienceStrong commercial and strategic pedigree and experience of influencing at a senior levelYou will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellenceMust be degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related fieldCandidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, highly organised and a strong communicator
