South57 are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic Industrial and Driving Teams in Dunstable.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and administration skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Computer Literate in Word and Excel
2. Strong Administration Skills
3. Professional Telephone manner
4. Accurate Data Entry
5. Sourcing candidates and managing job applications
6. Interviewing and screening new candidates via telephone and face to face
7. Full registration of candidates
8. Checking candidates’ eligibility and Right to Work
9. Updating the database system
10. Supporting the Recruitment Consultants with bookings and account management
11. Calling clients to check in workers
12. Working out of hours call on a rota basis
13. Daily Spec Calls
14. Daily Sales Calls
15. Booking and Attending Client Meetings
16. Working to Sales and Activity Targets
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00
Salary: Basic + Commission
