We are looking to welcome a Product Quality & Recovery Co-Worker to join our amazing Recovery Team in Cardiff where it is a Wonderful Workday.
Your remit will be to contribute to the product quality, safety and recovery processes in the store. Sustainability & a passion for re-selling IKEA products are key to what you want to achieve day to day.
Expected Starting Date: 13th July
WHAT WE OFFER
£12 hourly rate
20 hours weekly, working 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
Working hours are between 8am - 8:30pm

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus.
Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business.
Open to change and a high level of flexibility. High ambition to work in a team.
Ability to take personal initiatives.
Ability to prioritise and organise personal work duties to make the most efficient use of time available.
Creative with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of the IKEA product range.
Good ability to use power tools and craftmanship in product assembly.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, through As-Is Selling, Repackaging or spare parts management.
Present and Sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business.
Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit.
Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and
processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery.
Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers product quality perception of our IKEA products.
