Your new companyYour new job working as a Commercial Account Handler will be working in the Corporate Commercial department for a Lloyd's Broker who have been established for over 50 years. Your new Brokers have offices in over 100 countries and currently collaborate as a powerful international team comprised of 18,000 employees. Due to growth within the Corporate Commercial team a permanent job for a Corporate Account Handler has arisen in their Colchester office with the option of hybrid working to support the team dealing with the administration of renewals and mid-term changes among corporate clients.
Your new roleYour new role working as a Corporate Account Handler means you will liaise with Account Executives to ensure an effective strategy for renewals are in place, attend client meetings, obtain renewal terms and present to clients and issue renewal documentation. Duties will also include dealing with clients from inception to completion to include from Broking to composite market. Other duties will include assisting to achieve client retention targets, ensuring premiums are collected on time and recording all relevant information accurately. You will produce accurate and professional documentation and process adjustments in line with procedures including notifying insurers, issuing revised documentation and collecting additional premiums.
