We have an exciting opportunity for someonewith a retail and e-commerce background to join our highly successfulteam in Brentford.
The successful candidate will work within the ShopKit Kemp Team. As an E-commerce Retail Assistant you willresponsible for the fulfilment of shop orders, customer service along withlight admin duties. You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention todetail, organisational and communication skills.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week,Monday to Friday 9am to
Main duties to include, but not limited to:
1. Customer Service - Act as primary point of contact for online customers, answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner;
2. Product Knowledge - Develop in-depth knowledge of the Shop Kit Kemp products to inform your customer service and impart information to the online customers;
3. Online Shop - Assist in the editing and upload of product photograph and descriptions to the ecommerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner;
4. Stock Control - Assist with rolling stock checks and stocktake, unpack and process daily deliveries, process returns and write-offs in liaison with Head of Retail, assist with exit strategy for slow moving and discontinued stock, keep storage areas organized and easy to navigate;
5. Security and Maintenance - Minimise potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness; report all safety hazards and risk factors to Head of Retail;
6. General - Fulfil any other role duties as directed by the Head of Retail.
