Join GLF Schools as our Behaviour Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. This exciting new position is your chance to lead a Trust-wide strategy that ensures every student, in their diversity, feels valued, belongs, and experiences the joy of learning. You will champion high expectations, evidence-based policies, and innovative practices that promote safe, engaging schools, while tailoring support for individual students and families when needed. As Behaviour Lead, you’ll collaborate with school leaders, guide restorative approaches, and oversee critical elements such as suspensions, Alternative Provision, and exclusions, ensuring they align with statutory guidance and deliver the best outcomes for students.
