About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality service and repairs for a range of vehicles. You'll be expected to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of cars, vans, and 4X4s with precision, ensuring all work is done to the highest standard. Whether it's servicing or tackling more complex faults, you'll have the opportunity to use your skills and continue to develop in a well-equipped and dynamic environment.

The automotive service provider you'll be joining is well-established, offering a strong reputation for reliability and service excellence. Our clients cater for all makes, models, and sizes and also specialize in 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles, Sports Utility Vehicles, and Land Rovers. With their ever-growing loyal customer base and a clear focus on delivering a personal, friendly service, this independent service provider offers a fantastic environment where you're more than just a number. Their team is made up of experienced professionals, and the business has been operating since 1973, growing from a one-man mobile workshop to a well-established business operating in vehicle sales and parts as well as servicing, repair, and preparation work.
Working Hours
8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday,
8:30 to 12:30 every other Saturday.
Key Duties
1. Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
2. Communicating with customers, providing advice and explaining repairs in an easy-to-understand way.
3. Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair work.
Key Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
2. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in the automotive industry.
3. Full UK driving license.
There is on-site dedicated parking for staff and a good parts discount for staff. Training includes but is not limited to MOT tester certificate, air conditioning certificate, electric and hybrid vehicle training, and oscilloscope training to name a few.
