About the Role
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be at the heart of their marketing team, helping to deliver the strategic vision for their brand and spaces. From engaging content creation to supporting multi-channel campaigns, your role will be incredibly varied and offer excellent exposure across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders from different teams, agencies, and service providers to bring the marketing strategy to life. What We're Looking For
We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented marketer with at least 2 years of experience and a degree in Marketing or a related qualification (e.g., CIM). You should have experience with platforms like MailChimp and WordPress, and ideally have exposure to tools like HubSpot and Canva. If you have a passion for Marketing, a flair for design, and experience in managing multiple tasks efficiently, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications
2. Assist with the production of a range of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, reports, CGIs)
3. Create, proofread, and publish content (blogs, articles, newsletters, videos, press releases)
4. Maintain and update website content, landing pages, forms, and events
5. Manage marketing inboxes and support community communications, keeping stakeholders informed
6. Handle data sets, segment for targeted communications, and review email campaigns
7. Assist with the rollout of the new CRM system (HubSpot)
8. Manage social media platforms and help drive daily engagement
9. Support the promotion of events and update external stakeholder digital platforms
10. Review and report on marketing activity to ensure return on investment (ROI)
11. Be a brand ambassador, upholding and promoting their brand's growth and equity
