A leading international provider of cash management solutions is actively seeking a Customer Support Engineer for their client's site based in Bristol.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing onsite engineering support which will include the service, repair, and preventative maintenance of large processing machinery, working to strict SLA's and resolving technical issues with support from technical support if needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Ideally qualified within Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or a related subject.
2. Demonstrable commercial experience in a field service or customer support role, working on the service and repair of special purpose equipment/machinery.
3. Experience of basic fault finding down to component level using handheld test equipment.
4. Possession of a full clean UK driving licence.
Shift Pattern: 06.00am - 2.00pm with potential overtime if there are machine issues onsite.
