Audit Manager
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000
Our client is a growing top 40 accountancy practice that has several offices in Central and Southern England. To support the organisation’s growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager to join their Farnham Audit team.
Audit Manager Candidate Requirements
ACCA / ACA qualified with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in a UK practice environment with proven experience of producing high quality audits. Excellent communication, interpersonal and client management skills.
This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options paying a salary of £55,000 to £75,000 plus excellent benefits.
Audit Manager - your key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and apply your technical and commercial knowledge to provide expert advice and exceed client expectations.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and become their primary point of contact.
* Your portfolio will consist of both new and established clients.
* Respond to ad hoc client queries.
* Lead and manage audit assignments to completion, manage people and delivery of the assignment, budgets, billing recovery, and client engagement and satisfaction.
* Contribute to the management of the audit team, audit procedures, and more widely, to the whole compliance team.
* Line manage a small number of more junior team members.
* Consider technical audit and accounting developments and provide training to ensure the team are updated so that high standards are maintained.
