We are looking for approachable, all-rounder customer support/warehouse operation candidates, who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service while also working within a warehouse supporting role. Full UK driving licence is required as you'll be driving a company van.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Services:
* Picking and restocking customer stocks and delivering to customer sites.
* Handling incoming calls, answering emails, identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction.
* Going the extra mile to engage customers, purchasing stock, general operations in the POS, and communicating with colleagues.
* Providing customers with updates. IT skills would be advantageous.
Warehouse:
* Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, restocking, managing shipping and processing goods in, and general warehouse operations.
* Forklift licence is not necessary but can be obtained on-the-job.
