In their Homeownership Advisor role, youll provide high-quality administrative support for homeownership management, ensuring compliance with leases, legislation, and best practices while assisting in rent and service charge recovery and resolving customer queries. Location: Hybrid, minimum of 1 day p/week in either our Rushden or Peterborough office Salary:Up to £31,137.70 per year Contract:Permanent Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (Monday Friday, 9am 5:15pm) Snapshot of your role This is what your day will look like as their Homeownership Advisor: Assist the Homeownership Officer in dealing with queries concerning service charge budgets and audited accounts on all Homeownership tenures. Provide a customer focused service responding to all leaseholder/freeholder enquiries in accordance with their standards of service. Be a point of contact dealing with homeowners complaints and queries with the services they provide. Dealing with rent/ service charge collection, low-level arrears monitoring, negotiate and agree repayment plans with customers in accordance with the arrears policy and procedure for their Homeownership properties Your toolkit for success To thrive in their Homeownership Advisor role, youll need: Sound numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills by letter, telephone and email with customers. Ability to work under pressure and to tight time scales. Ability to manage difficult conversations with customer concerning arrears.
