If so, we’d love to hear from you We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across multiple schools in the Torbay area. This flexible role offers an exciting opportunity to support young learners in a variety of settings, helping them succeed academically and personally. Your Role: Provide tailored support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, in various school environments. Assist in classrooms to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience. Help manage behaviour and maintain a nurturing and focused atmosphere across different schools. Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt learning strategies to meet pupils' individual needs. Support children with additional needs, helping them achieve their goals wherever you’re placed. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role or working with children (preferred). Previous experience working with children is essential Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments. A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
