RECEPTIONIST
Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Receptionist to work for a large utilities company based in Leeds.
ROLE: Receptionist
SALARY: £12.57 p/h, circa £24,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: Ongoing contract
LOCATION: Leeds (LS15)
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday
THE ROLE:
* Provide a professional & courteous service to both internal customers/stakeholders and visitors.
* Undertake all administration duties such as creating & maintaining Excel and Word documents; administration of car permits, unauthorised parking; maintaining bomb & Fire Marshall records, etc.
* The requirement is to provide all of the FM Services across the estate.
* External building management including, litter picking, car park management, gritting etc.
* Ensure all telephone/email inquiries received are addressed in a polite/courteous manner, with queries resolved or successfully signed-posted as required.
* The role will involve travel, with the candidate requiring covering other sites to ensure the delivery of FM Services across the estate.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
* Excellent phone manners and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential.
* Previous experience in a similar job for at least 5 years.
* Working knowledge of various Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, etc.; CAFM systems (Planon).
* A driving license is essential.
