Job Title: Chef de Partie
Overview/Company Introduction:
Adkins & Cheurfi are recruiting a Chef de Partie to work with our esteemed client on a temporary ongoing basis. Our client is based in a rural location which offers beautiful scenery and is a national tourist hotspot. The role involves contract catering style food within a café, preparing a selection of breakfast options, lunchtime specials, and a variation of hot and cold food for residents and tourists.
Role / Responsibilities:
1. Work alongside management and other team members offering a collaborative service.
2. Produce high-quality food that is appealing to the eye.
3. Maintain high kitchen standards and ensure working areas are clean and tidy.
4. Food preparation.
5. Stock control.
6. Cook food from scratch using fresh ingredients.
7. Follow a set menu.
8. Produce breakfast and lunch meals.
Salary and Benefits:
Rates start from £15 per hour DOE.
30 days holidays (including bank holidays).
Ongoing training and personal development package.
Onsite parking available.
Candidate:
Experienced Chef with a contract catering background.
Cooking from scratch using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
A driving license is essential due to the location; unable to commute via public transport.
Maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring working areas are clean and tidy.
