PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. It is essential that you have experience of working in an Administrative role within an Automotive, Transport, Fleet, or Logistics environment, as the work will be to do with Vehicle related administration.
2. You are an experienced Administrator with strong communication and administrative skills.
3. You are computer literate, and especially comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Experience of using Kerridge, or another Dealer Management System (DMS) will be favoured.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing job cards in relation to Vehicle management.
2. Creating invoices.
3. Liaising with different departments to ensure high efficiency.
4. General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
The Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, or 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience.
