We are currently looking for an Assistant General Manager who will help in running the day to day operations smoothly. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a crucial part in creating success stories every single day. Some key responsibilities include : Ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant on a day to day basis. Managing and supervising staff to help achieve operational excellence. Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure smooth delivery of food as well as service. Building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring that they are satisfied throughout their visit. Upholding excellent service standards during periods of high pressure and keeping staff morale high by motivating them. What do you get in return?
