About the Job:
You will be a subject matter expert in your technology tower. You will be responsible for delivering infrastructure improvement programmes with accountability for budgets up to £1 million and will be required to liaise with numerous stakeholders (via recognised governance forums). By joining us, you will be driving meaningful change and pushing forward our transformation to become a more agile and customer focused team.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Shape and deliver technology enabled business transformation from concept to deployment.
2. Define, communicate and maintain the strategic roadmap of change across the portfolio.
3. Have ownership of all IT elements of the business cases created within the scope of the portfolio.
4. Build and manage relationships with senior business stakeholders at the Executive Board level and their leadership teams.
5. Shape and deliver agreed technology initiatives in support of the business and technology strategies.
6. Promote collaborative working practices across business functions, IT directorates and suppliers.
7. Proactively identify and assess complex technical and business ideas.
8. Create and develop high performing individuals and teams.
9. Coordinate activities and interdependencies, including management of risks, integrations, and third-party contributions.
10. Manage the technology budget and ensure that technology benefits are realised in line with the plan.
