Normal Working hours are between Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5pm, Hybrid working available after settling in period.

About The Role

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
* Deal effectively and efficiently with all Customer Service related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel, and when necessary via QMS/e-mail/webchat, taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion.
* Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships to support our customers.
* Develop your product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
* Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity.
* Keep records of all conversations and transactions on our in-house system.
* Undertake additional Customer Service related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints.
About You
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to show the following skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Experience working in a previous customer service role is desirable; however, not essential as full training will be provided.
