What We Are Looking For: We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to deliver engaging lessons and foster a love of learning in our students. The successful candidate will be committed to providing the best educational experiences for children and will work in collaboration with our talented team of teachers, support staff, and the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Teaching: Design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. Differentiation: Tailor lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who require additional support. Classroom Management: Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment that encourages students to engage in their learning. Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, track achievement, and provide constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential. Collaboration: Work alongside fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and the SENCo to support all students' academic and emotional development. Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and well-being. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a passion for educating children. Ability to adapt lessons and teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEN. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Desirable: Experience in a primary school with a focus on inclusive education.
