Reactive/Void Supervisor - NW London - £26 CIS Van/Fuel Card - Immediate Start We're looking for a Reactive or Void Supervisor to work in Northwest London. This role pays £26 CIS, with a company van and fuel card provided. The Role: You'll be managing either reactive repairs or void property refurbishments, depending on your experience. This involves overseeing a team of tradespeople, scheduling work, ensuring quality and safety, and managing day-to-day site operations. What You'll Need: Proven experience as a Supervisor in reactive or void maintenance. SSSTS, Asbestos Awanreness (can be obtained if offered the position) Solid working knowledge of building trades. Strong team management skills. Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively. Valid UK driving license. What We Offer: £26 CIS per hour. Company van and fuel card. Immediate start available.
