We work with some of the world’s most high-profile organisations and business leaders, from tech companies to industrial and pharmaceutical giants. The business has grown by 25% over the last three years and we are looking for a new team member to help us continue that journey.
As Business Administrator, you will learn to deal directly with clients and provide customer solutions and problem solve in an environment that is demanding, supportive and incredibly rewarding.
We are based in Elstree with transport connections to/from Elstree & Borehamwood, Watford, Stanmore and Edgware stations.
Role Overview
Full time, office based: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
The Business Administrator will work directly alongside all of our team members, from managers to managing director, providing you with experience working in sales, customer service, logistics, operations, marketing, and business development functions within the company. The role is ideal for someone looking to pursue a career in business and consulting.
Areas of responsibility may include:
1. Facilitating delegate bookings
2. Event coordination for our training courses
3. Updating our website
4. Issuing recall letters to delegates
5. Marketing
6. Managing and processing invoices
7. Coordinating travel and logistics
8. Customer service and support
Training & Development
We are a small business and like our staff to grow professionally with the business. As such we regularly invest in staff development and training to advance our business objectives. As a valued member of our team, the business administrator will gain experience and training in areas such as sales, marketing, finance and operations management, and there are opportunities for you to identify your own training needs that can both enhance your skills and opportunities for the business.

Person Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you will be the first port of call for many customers, you will also need to have good spoken and written English, have a pleasant telephone manner and be computer literate
2. The ability to work methodically and manage multiple tasks.
3. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
4. Proactive and collaborative
5. Enjoys working in a small team
