As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will…
1. Deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required.
2. Provide a safe and secure environment for our Team and Guests.
3. Induct & support new starters and the completion of core departmental training.
4. Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greeting our guests.
5. Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team.

Pay Rates: £16 to £17 for ages 16-17, £18 to £20 for ages 18-20, and £21+ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift.
Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a Restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment. Or perhaps you're already an F&B superstar and you’re ready for that next step in your career which is great! All we are looking for is a ‘Team Player’ who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.
