Due to impressive growth, they are looking to continue expanding their business, and as part of this, they are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join their team. This role will be crucial in helping to drive the company’s commercial growth, working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team. Package: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience 22 days holiday bank holidays Quarterly Bonus Company Incentives Positive and supportive working environment You’ll be responsible for: Reaching out to potential clients within the manufacturing sector (previous experience not required, we’ll provide full training). Building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Presenting the company’s products and services to key decision-makers. Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. Collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business. Achieving and working towards sales targets with a focus on growth and success. What Our Client Is Looking For: A strong desire to succeed in a sales-focused role (previous sales experience is great but not essential). Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with potential clients (full training and support provided).
