We are delighted to be partnering with a small firm of accountants in Warwick to recruit an Audit Senior into the business.
£40,000-£50,000 depending on experience and qualification

Our client provides exceptional services across audit, accounting and advisory, working with clients throughout the Midlands, London, the Cotswolds, and the Home Counties, providing a full range of services to SMEs, owner-managed businesses, Landed Estates, and High-Net Worth individuals. Our client combines commerciality and expertise of a large organisation and the approachability of a personal adviser, focusing on client satisfaction and delivering results.
Overseeing 1 member of the audit team (audit team of 2 with 10 Audit clients)
Ultimate goal will be to progress to Audit Manager
Study support provided
As Audit Senior, the role will entail:
- Support the delivery of audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, OMBs, and large corporations
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training, guidance and feedback
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant auditing standards
- Review financial statements and report findings to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive advice and insights
- Manage the day-to-day running of audit assignments, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Support the development of new business and contribute to firm growth
The Successful Applicant will have:
- In-depth experience in conducting Financial Audits
- A professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA) is desirable or part qualification
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standard
- A strong background in finance and accounting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
