IRS Recruitment are currently resourcing for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team in the Halesworth area.
Position Details:
Job Type: Part-time (24 hours/week) - flexible schedule available.
Location: Halesworth area.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR support across employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and employment law.
Act as the main point of contact for employee-related queries and guidance.
Partner with Directors to resolve employee issues effectively.
Manage HR data and monthly dashboard reporting.
Maintain and update HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 qualification (required)
2+ years of HR experience in employee relations and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and excellent communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft packages and be proficient with Excel.
